Your Data, Your Control
Ops365 ensures your customer data is secure and private. We don’t use or share your stored data—at the end of the day, it belongs to you.
The Customers Application in Ops365 provides a centralized platform to store and manage all your customer information efficiently.
When adding a new customer, you can input detailed information, including the company name, address, and registration number. The application also allows you to store multiple addresses for the same company, as well as contact details for easy reference.
By storing customer data in Descod, you unlock valuable features across the system. For example, when using the Daybook application, the system will suggest relevant customer information, auto-filling details like addresses, contact names, emails, and phone numbers with just one click.

When creating invoices, Ops365 pulls the stored customer details automatically, allowing for quick and accurate form completion. The system will pre-fill fields such as customer name, billing address, and contact information, ensuring consistency and saving time with every invoice you generate.

The Customers Application includes a robust permissions system. You can control staff access to customer data, granting or restricting permissions for viewing, editing, deleting, and managing customer information.
By default, staff members do not have access to the Customers Application unless explicitly authorized.
